BRFP had begun its journey by transcribing the Holy Quran and Qaida into Braille. This step was taken to ensure that the Holy book is accessible for all visually challenged individuals. The noble initiative and milestone remains one of our ongoing projects. It was an honour for us to join hands with an institute that shares this vision. A MoU was signed between BRFP and the Ilm Foundation to transcribe their publications in Braille including “Mutala-e-Qur’an-e-Hakeem
barae tulba-o-talibaat” which comprises fourteen volumes. The first seven parts of this series are for students and the remaining are teacher guides. Part 1 & 2 from the series for students and part 1 from teachers guide has already been transcribed and presented. The Federal Ministry Of Education has approved to include this as a learning resources and it has been accepted as well as appreciated by scholars of all schools of thought.

So far, 23 text books and 11 art books have been uploaded on the site with the cooperation of BRFP with many more to come. This collaboration is also in line with our vision for Al Sufa audiobook library – to make reading material easily accessible for the visually challenged community.
BRFP could not have achieved any of its milestones without the support of our donors and volunteers who have been by our side since day one. Your contributions in the form of financial and human resource have enabled BRFP to carry on its mission of providing resources in the area of education, skill development and independent living for the visually challenged, We request for your cooperation which will help us enter new phases of growth and further strengthen our noble cause of gifting these resource to those who need it most.
