Promoting Braille literacy has been the primary niche of BRFP. We offer basic courses and workshops which guide and enable the participants to read and write in Braille.
Duxbury Braille Training
Duxbury Braille Translation Software (DBT) is used for making accurate text (print) to braille translations, BRFP offers short courses and workshops to teach braille editing, formatting, production, publishing and related tasks using the DBT software as a part of our technical skills development initiative.
Computer Training
Familiarity with using assistive and information technology expands the horizon of inclusion and opportunity. BRFP offers basic and advanced level courses and workshops on how to use computers with visual challenges for personal and professional work.
Mobility Training
Learning independent living skills is the right of every individual. BRFP facilitates this by providing basic courses and workshops on how to use the white cane and navigate independently

Grooming plays a major role in maintaining a high self-esteem and self-confidence. BRFP ensures this by arranging basic courses and workshops on every day etiquettes for people who are visually challenged
